Project Description

I want the ability to select one or more emails from my inbox (or other email folder) and drag and drop it to a folder, the desktop, etc... When the email(s) is dropped (not when it is grabbed or dragged) this new software you will write should automatically ask me if I want to store as a single file or multiple files and based on my response it should convert each email into a separate .PDF or store them all as a single .PDF.

So for example, I could grab 1 email from my client inbox folder, drag it over to a folder in MS File Explorer or even Alfresco and drop it into the folder as a .pdf file. If I select 5 emails in my outlook client sent folder I could grab them and drag them over to my desktop and when I let it go it would detect that more than one file was selected so it would popup a window with two buttons on the screen saying "Please select: [Single PDF] or [Multiple PDF's]" and based on my selection it would convert a copy of the email to a pdf or multiple pdf's

There should be a mechanism for configuring this program so that I can control the following default actions:
1. Email Storage: [ ]Single PDF, [x] Multiple PDF's
2. Filename generation: [x] Set Automatically, [ ] Use "X" characters of Subject, [ ] Date&Time of Email (NOTE: "X" means user must provide number)
3. Index file Creation: If "Set Automatically" an index file, only accessible from this configuration file will be updated ith the following information: Filename, From, To, Date, Time, Subject, Link to the pdf file

Once the program is installed it should work with almost any email client but must work with the following at a minimum: MS-Outlook, MS-Outlook web client, Gmail, and Hotmail.
