Project Description

Hi, we have experiencing a weird issue using JomHoliday: [url removed, login to view] and JoomFish. All other area working well except one area where the data type is text (comma separated value) and each value can be assigned or not assigned to each listing.

Example of value: Air conditioning, Ceiling fan, Satellite TV and DVD player, CD player, Surround sound system, Free Wi-Fi access unlimited, Safety box, Library

For example this is original language data: [url removed, login to view] and when the data being translated the value that have been translated to another language (see facilities section below thumbnail images - line number 3 with title: Ausstattung und Einrichtung) is not shown (empty) while the label name translated correctly: [url removed, login to view]

We also notice: if the value of the translated content the same with original content (for example: numbers) or not translated (leave it empty on translation process) then the data shown correctly (load default language value).

And then we change the value with the correct data (translated data in another language) after leave it empty (edit translation - leave it empty before), the translation being saved and the data stored in the database (we make sure about this by checking the data manually on Joomfish database: jf_content) but in front end, the data that loaded is still an old data (default language value), seems data change in Joomfish database didn't have an effect to the program (it still loading an old data).

Then to make sure if it's not a cache issue, cleaning browser cache, emptying site cache, testing using another browser and all return the same result. Seems there's something wrong with data loading process or how Joomfish return the translated value for the program.

Here is the content element file:
<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<joomfish type="contentelement">
<name>JomHoliday Fields</name>
<author>Comdev</author>
<version>1.4</version>
<description>Definition for the custom fields</description>
<copyright>COMDEV</copyright>
<reference>
<table name="jomholiday_fields">
<field type="referenceid" name="id" translate="0">ID</field>
<field type="titletext" name="name" translate="1">Name</field>
<field type="text" name="values" translate="1">Values</field>
</table>
</reference>
</joomfish>

We need help to debug and fixing this issue (why translated data is not shown in front end).

Regards,

Acung
