Justin tv / Twitch tv Viewer Count Increase

Hi, I need a script or software to increase the number of live viewers on [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] . Please note - I need it to be able to increase the number of live viewers on any page I desire. For example, If I need 1000 live viewers for a channel, I just need to input 1000 and the channel url or name and the live viewer count should be shown as 1000 and I should move up on the live channel list. And when I need 5000, the same happens. Iframing streams with same or different IP does not work to move up the rankings although it does create more viewers. Youtube video view like scripts dont work on this site so please do not post if that's all you can provide. I do not want a script or software that will reduce the performance of my computer or rely on heavy broadband usage. Please do not bit unless you can provide what i'm asking for.
