1. Its needed to create a translator user profile that only allow to translate categories names, and products products name, products descriptions, short descriptions and metas, the other fields should not be showed
2. the system will allow to select the source and target language for every translator. we will manage 8 languages: english, spanish, french, german, italian, russian, chinesse, japanesse
the source and target languages will be like this:
3. System will allow us to assign every translator to a language or several languages
by example a translator could translate from english to german and from english to russian too.
4. System will show at any time a table with translators and we should see this info:
translator, source translation language, target translation language, date of start translating, , total products translated, total word translated, date of last translated products, date of last payments, total payed, pending translated work after last payment
We should see too the list of of periods of times that it has been working translating products with this info:
translator, source translation language, target translation language, date of start translating, , total products translated, total word translated, date of last translated product, date of payment, total payed, payment $ by word
5. System should manage payments for each translation period monthly or weekly and will show a log of all payments for every translator selected, in the user profile we should have the prefered payment method by example paypal or western union and the paypal email address. Evreytime we proceed to pay at anytime we should record the payment date and total paid to the translator.
6. system will check duplicated products descriptions and short description when products are translated and will copy translated text to other products translations (store views), but this words should not be counted as translated
7. the system will allow to configure the payment we will do by every word independiently to every translator, and it will be a default value of [url removed, login to view]$ by word using this price system will calculate the payment we should do to the translator. So the system will record the payment in $by word,
8. products will have 5 states:
TNR translated no reviewed but not approved
TRN translated reviewed but not approved
TAP translated approved
TP translated and payed
every product will have a new attribute with translation comment where admin will write any comments about the translation in the case that the admin change product state from TNR to TRN to explain to the translator what changes should be made to be the product approved
9 the system will show reports of every translators with the past work, progress of actual work for the admin and every translator only can see his own work progress
