A description of this project is as follows:
We want you to put the necessary script etc. on our website. The script will allow us to upload pictures and text and assign them to different membership levels as you'll see in the video.

The members will log into our site and be able to use the pictures/text we uploaded from the admin side and load it through their hootsuite account using an api that you have to create. The only part of hootsuite we'll use is the facebook posting part for now. (Later we may include other social sites such as pinterest so you might keep that in mind as you build this) The Scheduler part of the video shows the details for this.

This will be accessible on a wordpress site and we'll be using Optimize Press for our theme as it allows us to create membership levels.

Part 1 of the video shows a basic, visual overview of what we need done.

Part 2 shows the admin side.

Part 3 shows the "Scheduler" - this shows the part that members of the site would be using to set up pictures and text to be sent to facebook pages using hootsuite.

Part 4 shows the "Job Status" - this shows the part members will use for checking how their jobs are posting and what's scheduled and already posted.

Some other things you need to know are this. We created these mockups in the video to show you what we need the script to do. It doesn't necessarily have to be created exactly how we show in the video. In fact, if you have a better, easier, faster, and cheaper way to do it, we want to know.

Next, you may spot places in the video where some kind of function we're asking for isn't needed for some reason. Please point that out if you see any and we can decide from there.

Next, I forgot to include a "suggestion box" where people can send suggestions for improving the software to make it easier to use for them. That should be on both the scheduler and job status page. i think having an icon of a box with the wording "Suggestion Box" below it will work. Below the suggestion box text, put the text "Tell us what would improve this for you". The suggestion should come to an email in the site that we set up and we should know who suggested it so we can communicate with them.

Next, each membership level will get a set amount of jobs they can use the pictures for.

Level one will get to use pictures for 5 jobs. (When I say jobs, a person may have 5 business locations and he/she will get to use the same pictures for 5 different jobs)

Level 2 will get to use the pictures for up to 10 jobs.

Level 3 will get to use the pictures for up to 25 jobs.

For the admin side, once I’ve finished uploading my info, I need to be able to tell it when to appear on the user side so I can schedule it. Then when that date comes, those pictures/text are immediately available to the user.

I’m sure there will be some things we didn’t think of or consider, so please suggest anything you think we missed.
