USERS:
Technician Login - Admin & EE
Each technician should be tied to a group name
all technicians within the same group can see and update tickets
Main Office Login - 2 levels (admin and EE)


General Outline of Capabilities:

Enter Service tickets which include:
Customer Name
Contact Name (contact names should be tied to Customer Names)
Contact Names also have a phone number tied to them as well.
Street Address
City
State
Zip Code
Phone Number

Appointments (Tech EE's and Admins can in each technician group can enter appointment dates/times or update or change them).

Main Office EE's and Admins can also enter in appointments

Previous Service Request should be tied to a customer name) and history of each request should be visible for any Tech or Main Office user who searches for that client.

Clients should be assignable to a Tech Group. Once assigned only that Tech Group or a Main Office user can see the customer or service request history.

Each Service Request should have a notes field that can be updated to provide status of the request and additional information.

Each Service Request should also have the capability of having the amount of time spent by the technician assigned entered on the request along with the billing amount of time, and any materials.

Each Service Request should then generate a form that can be printed and signed by the customer.

Main Office Admins can add Tech Groups and Technicians to the system.

Tech Group Admins can add Technicians to within their group and update group information (i.e. Main Group Phone Number, Main Group Address, Cell Phone Number for each technician, address info for each technician and the Tech Group's main address).

Tech Admin can also add billing rates and bill rates for materials.

Main Office EE's should also be able to do anything that the Tech Admins can do.
