Project Description

I need a fairly basic CMS/cPanel system built for my site that hooks up with vBulletin. I am selling software through vBulletin subscriptions and will need a system to manage my products. Users will purchase a vBulletin subscription and run my client that communicates with the PHP back end and authenticates their subscription, hardware ID, etc., and logs specific information as well. Below is a small basic list of what I will need.

-Login system for admins.
-Allow me to add users to the system with set privileges. I will be adding multiple other coders that can also add their own packages but should not have access to the entire panel.
-Logs of most everything done in the back panel up to a certain date.
-Upload new programs that get encrypted by Blowfish with a set key.
-Ability to delete said programs from the panel.
-Add new "packages" that allow me to set multiple variables as well as a check-box list of all current vBulletin subscriptions that I can associate with this package. Full details of the data required here will be in a follow-up.
-Modify "status" of each package so I can set them to offline, telling the loader to not stream them.

Above is a small list of the basic features I will be requiring. I can give a much more detailed analysis of everything required upon contact, so don't hesitate to ask. Basically this will simply be a system for me to add, remove, and manage the products I will be streaming through my loader for paid subscribers on my vBulletin powered website, along with a few additional features. As long as you have experience with PHP and MySQL then it shouldn't be a problem. Once in contact we can settle on a price.
