I will handle the customers' requirements and deal them with customers directly in time to guarantee the delivery successful. I will also keep contact with our customers to inform them our project progress and get the latest feedback from them to our develop team. I will work with our BAs together to define the final user stories, document the requirements. I am also a QA in this project, writing some test cases, do some functional tests, if I find the bugs, I will work with Devs together to fix them ASAP. At the whole delivering period, the working language is English and follows the ITIL Process strictly. Project:Service Manager Delivery Duration:2010.2-2010.6 Customer:China Guangzhou Merchants Bank Daily work:I will make the latest requirements to PowerPoint slides and demonstrate to our customers. I will try my best to make our customers know the product with a clear impression, I will also assist our senior product consultant to answer the questions from our customers and in the delivery period, I will keep communicating with the customers to guarantee all the latest requirements are delivered successfully. I will also simulate the customer's environment to test the cases at the end of the project. Project:GM Asset Manager Duration:2010.6-2011.5 Preparation:Agile Scrum Training(1 month) Customer:GM Role & Responsibility:Project Management assist & support team leader Daily work: I am leading the 4 support engineers to maintain the product delivery. I will participate the daily Agile Scrum meeting and guarantee the product's delivery quality, I will contact our customers closely to verify their requirements fulfilled successfully, I will discuss with them as a product expert to make sure what they really want to be put in the sprint, we will keep communication by emails, phones and internet. In this project, our China team using the Agile Scrum to improve our efficiency. Because this is the first time using the Agile to our department, so I will also study the Agile Scrum process from our US colleagues, I will help our onsite manager to supervise our local team members daily work with Agile Scrum, I will organize the daily meeting with our onsite manage, dev leaders & QA leaders to make sure our delivery iteration.
