Needing a freelancer to complete a small Twilio based call center app by Monday 11/18/2013. Everything is ready to go for the right freelancer.

Call Flow
1 – Receive Call Play English Welcome Message
• Allow Pressing of 9 for Spanish Welcome Message
• Allow Pressing of 8 to Return to English Welcome Message

2 – Check to See if After Hours Message is Enabled
• If After Hours Message is Enabled then Transfer to Voicemail and Play English/Spanish After-Hours Voicemail Message and Record
• Send Email with Voicemail Recording to assigned Users

3 – Place Call into Queue
4 – Play Waiting Music
5 – Every 180 Seconds Play English/Spanish Waiting Message
• Allow Pressing of 0 to Transfer to Voicemail and Play English/Spanish Waiting Voicemail Message and Record
• Send Email with Voicemail Recording to assigned Users

Call App
1 – User Login to Application
• Forgot Password Button to Send Password to Email on File

2 – Queue Page of Available Calls
• Display Wait Time
• Display Language
• Display Incoming Phone Number
