Project Description

Given the .sdf database file that will be provided, we need you to write two functions, both of which take a string parameter and return True on success and False on failure. To match the APIs used in the rest of the program, we require that you use the [url removed, login to view]() method to create the Import routine, and the [url removed, login to view]() method to export the XML file. This is because the rest of the program uses datasets exclusively in its internal processing. This means you will be required, for the Export part of this task, to select the correct data from the database into a properly-related dataset structure in memory, and then write the data to an XML file using WriteXML(). For the Import part of the task, you will need to read the incoming XML file into a dataset, and then store the data in the database in its various tables. You'll receive guidance on how to retrieve and store the required data during this task. The user will be prompted with a multiselect FileOpenDialog to import, and a FileSaveDialog to export. The user must be able to both import and export multiple files at once if desired.
