Project Description

We are looking to build a dynamic, modern, functional website that connects people to a network of services, for which they can select and pay for ala carte services or select to register for certain programs which will get them connected to our network affiliates through a function that we control. (The presentation must be cool looking, and not like a standard shopping cart site) We will be finding the people then sending them to the affiliate in their area. As such, we would need certain functionality on the face of the site for the customer, and other functionality for the affiliates. The affiliate would have to have access to a calendaring/booking function, registration function, and payment receipt function (for us to pay them). The customer would have to be able to make selections, pay for them, and then the information must be relayed to us instantly. There would be a third type of customer as well, one who would need the ability, after they register as a certain type of customer, to upload music to our site for other customers to hear (upon registering for the services), with a way for them to inquire into the music that is controlled through us/the site. Finally, the site would have to provide for ease of communication between the company and its affiliates and customers, and provide for us to maintain a database of service providers by type, venue and availability, which automatically gets updated as the affiliate makes changes to their account. Of course, it would also have to be expandable and be able to handle a lot of activity.
