Project Description

I would like a raffle/sweepstakes script that I can use to get users to complete CPA offers.
I already own/operate a large GPT site based on the popular shiftcode script but would like to further expand by adding a "raffle/sweepstakes" script as well.

I would like something similar to sweepscript (google it) but with quite a few changes.
I will be needing a very nice, high end web design around this once created as well.

Site Itself....
The site will show a list of current raffles or sweepstakes.. such as:
$5 Amazon Gift Card
$5 WALMART Gift Card
etc

Each user can complete CPA offers from various networks until the total amount they've me (the site owner) totals DOUBLE the amount of the prize I'm giving out. At that point the prize will be awarded to a random user. Each time a user completes an offer, they will be given a "ticket". The more tickets a user has the higher the chance of them winning.

For example.. say for a $5 amazon gift card, I had an offer that would pay me $[url removed, login to view] each time a user completed it. So... after 10 users completed it ($[url removed, login to view] to me), I would let it go to a random ticket holder. If one user did 8 $1 offers, that user would have an 8 in 10 chance of winning. Make sense?

Ok...Users that lose... I'd like to do something I've never seen on one of these type sites before... the losing users should get 10% of their LOSING tickets back. So if a user had 1 ticket in the $5 amazon gift card drawing they'd get [url removed, login to view] tickets back. Once they've accumulated 1 ticket, they can then use that ticket to enter any of the sweepstakes currently running.

I'd like the tickets to be in U.S. DOLLARS... so 1 ticket = $[url removed, login to view] USD.
So if an offer pays $0.25... it would pay [url removed, login to view] tickets and the user would need 1 ticket before they can enter a sweepstakes/raffle.

Once 2x the value of the prize being given away is received for that particular item, the prize should be awarded and all the losing users should receive 10% of their tickets back.

It should allow unlimited raffles to run at the same time.
It needs the ability to limit items to certain countries and also limit offers to certain countries.

I need a way for offers to stay updated from cpa networks... I will be mostly using Peforma Network cpa networks such as OperationOffers, Adz20, ProLeadsMedia, GalaxyLeads, [url removed, login to view] the script will need to be able to auto-import fresh offers from these sites via my login or API somehow and keep up with postbacks etc. I would like the ability to use "Offer Walls" as well such a BLVD Media, MatoMy, CrowdFlower, Radium One etc..

Proxy Detection... the script needs some form of proxy detection to keep users from doing things outside of their country via proxy. I currently use [url removed, login to view] on my shiftcode based site, so that's fine or if you know of a better one for this task that's fine as well.

Admin Area should have All the standard features... viewing users, currently online, account maintenance, ban/block users, reports, see sweepstakes, won, lost, users ticket balances etc... as well as the ability to add/remove/manage raffles/sweepstakes and manage/add/remove cpa networks.

You can have a look at sweepscript to get a base and then add the features I've requested so you have a very good idea what I'm after.
Beyond that I'd like a design to match my current GPT... message me for the URL...

Script should be in PHP and use a MySQL database.
Any questions, please ask... :)

***PLEASE****
Make sure you are familiar with CPA Networks and offers and how these types of sites work.
Anyone capable of using ShiftCode's API and has prior experience doing so is a HUGE PLUS...
Anyone never having worked with cpa networks or postbacks from them, Please do NOT bid...

I'd like to see examples of your work in this area...
Right now I'm trying to determine total cost for the project. I will be starting the project about the first week of January 2013.
Thank you...
