CRM System integration

We are currently looking for a developer that can help us setup a CRM system on our server. We want to use an OSS but we are unaware of what best fits our needs – we have heard that there is a system called SugerCRM, but as mentioned, we don’t know what system that is suitable for our needs. Our business is connecting companies, so on the one side we have our customers and on the other we have business partners. Therefore, we need a system that allow us to differentiate between them, allocate them to an industry, identify their problem (for the customers) and their business offer/solutions(for the business partners), and we should be able to make a rating of each customer and business partner on several criteria. We don’t know what 'best practice' is but maybe a 0-5 rating system. Some of the rating criteria are: - Pricing (high or low) - Years of business (how old) - Numbers of employees - Revenue The CRM system should be designed for a 'networking company' that matches companies together. Therefore, it would be nice if you have experience in setting up CRM systems for similar type of company as our, so that you better understand our challenges and needs. Besides setting up the CRM system for us, we would like to have some kind of crash course in using the system. The best thing would be to have some tutorial videos of how to use the system. these videos should be available for us on the system as well (if possible) Since we have no experience in using CRM systems, please do not hesitate to ask questions if you have any regarding our project. We have already bought a domain and we wish to use the CRM system on the same domain but it should only accessible for us – so as a kind of backend on a subdomain ( e.g. [login to view URL] Is there a system that works with Google Apps – business system as well?
