Clone a simple website (ajax+jquery ui)

Greetings, I want to create a component for a website that I'm making that works very much like [login to view URL] which is very simple, realy; I'm just too busy with work so... here's where you come in! :-) It needs to be done in PHP + MySQL + jQuery + AJAX + jQuery UI (using only standard jQuery UI css for easy theme switching). Code needs to be comented in english (doesn't need a LOT of coments, no need to explain everything, just enough to make the whole logic understandable, since I'll have to change it and integrate some stuff to it). Note that there is no need for user creation, log in or anything on that site; you don't need to worry about that either, it's just a cookie that's generated the first time the user visits the puzzle the first time is later read to identify the user's current progress - this will all have to be stored in mySQL tables. You can design the database tables as you like; but please make a little document (doesn't need to be anything formal) explaining your tables, since I'll likelly have to change it later. The only thing I really want different than they did is that I want an animation indicating to the user that the ajax is loading data. Once it's all done and I am ready to implement on my larger project; I may ask for further help with additional payments, of course :-) Thanks for your attention!
