I would like a webpage (to add to existing webpage) that allows user to quickly write a one-page document, using a pre-existing template; then convert this to a PDF file and email it to recipients via MS outlook. The details should then be stored in a register/database.

The intended documents are different kinds of formal letters (eg. Contract notices).

Firstly, construct a webpage "back-end" where the template document is held and edited.
Then, another page that requests for specific details of the user in a form. These details are added to the document, which can be previewed before converting to a pdf and attached to an outlook email. The email should be pre-filled (To:, Cc:, Subject:, and email body) and previewed before sending.

The document details, after sending, should be saved to a mysql database, which can be viewed on a register with fields "CN#" (unique identifier), "date", "Subject" etc...

It is intended that this tool will become part of a larger construction management cloud based programme.
