Design and a small feature development of a simple site

Hello, a small site needs to be designed and developed similar to deals2buy.com. We have our website hosted on justhost with a wordpress template. The site is a simple site . Attaching the word doc which has the complete requirements. It is a single page design+development. Main Page -Top Bar with links (design) -Banner (logo needs to be designed) -Category Nav (3 tabs, option to expand in future) (design) -Body format (10-20 products) with links. This feature needs to be developed -Footer with links (design) Overall look and feel of the site, which will describe once we award the project It is very simple. Color combinations will also be normal and decent. We will provide a good feedback if I like the work. I am attaching the requirement doc
