Finish building website

We need a very good programmer/developer to finish building our website. Our website is 80% complete. The original programmer had to stop because he accepted a full time job and is not allowed to do projects outside of work. You must have strong experience designing, building and launching websites. You must be very good with: PHP, most current version of CodeIgniter, Blowfish encryption, dba, CMS, website security. Your primary role is to finish the building and redesign of our website. This website needs to be completed as soon as possible. You must complete this website, test it and launch it. Website objectives: 1. Site must be very secure. 2. Must be user friendly 3. Website must be iPad, tablet and smartphone friendly 4. Site must load and operate fast. 5. Image quality is very very important. 6. Product profile pages must follow a uniform layout. 7. dba is Filemaker Pro. CMS must be linked directly to FileMaker Pro dba 8. Overall look and Backend coding will remain the same. This website is a large directory of manufacturers displaying their products. We will be populating this website with our customers (10,000 customers) and their products (10 products per customer). So there will be about 100,000 products to be displayed on this site. Website details: The purpose of this website is to connect buyers to sellers. This is not an online store. This is a directory of manufacturers. Website Description: The purpose of this website is to be an online directory of manufacturers of small goods and gifts. The people that will visit this site are owners of gift shops and small furniture stores who are looking for new products for their stores. Our main customer is the manufacturer/supplier that will be paying a small fee to advertise their products and company on this website. This is NOT an online store. The visitor will have to contact the advertised supplier to purchase products. This website is only intended for gift shop owners (registration is required). This website is not for regular people or end consumers. This site is a place for store owners to find suppliers and manufacturers of gifts and home products. Sellers: suppliers and manufacturers of gifts, home goods, home accessories, furniture and home products. Buyers: the owners and managers of small furniture stores, gift stores, home accessories stores, online stores that sell similar products. (Not available to the general public – only to store owners and managers) This is a large directory of manufacturers and suppliers. If the buyer is interested in a specific product, they must contact the company directly via this website. Sellers will provide the information for their dedicated page through a simple online form. This will also allow them to upload company and product information and pictures. Each seller is allowed to display up to 10 products with descriptions and one image per product. This site will be very similar to the functionality of [login to view URL] and the appearance of www.todl.com. You will also be responsible for any small missing pieces to make the website more complete. We need your experience and input to make this a great site. If you do a very good job with this project. We can pay you a fixed fee every month to maintain the site and make small improvements to it. You must be willing to work immediately. We will provide you with all the links and contact info. We will be making our selection in a few days. You must have excellent communication skills and respond quickly to emails from us and the programmers. I will expect status updates every other day. You will have only 10 days to complete this project. As mentioned before, the website is currently 80% completed. You will manage the redesign and final completion of the website.
