Opencart Mimic a Website functionality shipping & options

The programmer must be able to get my site running smoothly & correctly before June 1st which is the DEADLINE.....................! NO EXEMPTIONS! 1. I will need for you to create a desirable table layout for my products individually. **please see attachment** how I want it. Some products requires, sizes, qty, design options all at once. (i need manually* be able to create whatever is needed with multiple table options to choose and at checkout I want it to calculate at the end along with shipping - It needs to be inserted and positioned nicely on Step:1 section of the site. Please see the design layout (ATTACHMENT) for shipping on the front end of site. 2. I need to be able to add any shipping amount for each product (manually from the backend of the admin). 3 shipping options. This may already be created from past programmer so it may saved you alot time but I need working or you may have to do the script all over again. Shipping option must be setup flawlessly. 3. Referral Form with the option share Promo facebook. 4. Everything MUST work! Back of site. Must meet deadline and must be able to chat on skype!!!! Or project will cancel. I need guide you and it will work best for both of us!
