We get work from different clients across the globe and we want a suitable employee and employer record management system.
Management system for writer
1- When we have burden of work, we cannot maintain proper records in excel. Due to this, a writer will try to get mischievous with us. And sometimes if they had already been paid for previous month’s work, they will impishly add it to the next month’s unpaid work so as to be paid once more. Being a developer, you have more expertise than me on how to manage such a dishonest writer. But according to each order, we should have a unique order number that would prevent a writer from seeking a double payment for one task after they have been paid for it. This new management system will help you track all payments with just an order number and a writer name.
2- We can assign work to a writer via our website. Amazingly, a record of payment will generate with the rate of folder that the writer will be assigned. We can mention rate per word in any currency for writer.
3- There are 3 results that can be generated from the submitted work of a writer by our management system: 1, it can accept; 2, it can reject; and 3, it can edit. So, when we click on reject, then it will take us to the rejected column of the writer in question. If possible, they will get an email and then a sms.
B. If it will accept we will click on accept button then payment of order number will be added in total payment.
C. At the time of editing, if we click on order number, the writer will get a message that says “work requires editing”. And there should be one note box where we can mention the reason for editing. If we attach an additional file later, against the previous order number, then it will show that additional files are added against this order number.
4- It is possible to add system in which writer can talk directly with their client just in case they want to clarify something on editing. In short, when a client says that there is an issue with their work, the writer responsible will automatically get a message. They can also submit the work directly to the client when we will allow privilege but if we deny them the privilege, they will not submit the work directly. You can add privilege box and one confirmation button from the client side so that when they clicks on the confirmation that says “I have get project”, then the project manager and writer will get a confirmation email.
5- A conference call management system is an option that will allow the client to avoid sharing their email ID with the writer. They can instead share their order id number. In this case they both will have no right to share an email ID.
6- If we discuss about [url removed, login to view], then we can share id like this... Skype id is this... so we want to restrict the name of Skype, Gmail, and Hotmail among others.
7- Have unlimited project managers and writers.
8- One project manager assigned work cannot see the other project manager but they can see the order numbers that are assigned to other writer by her login detail.
9- Some time I got writer from freelancer like Kenya, Nigeria and so on. After some time, we loose their contact number, speciality, education and cell number. So, this information should also be saved.


For our client who will place order from website…. When thy will attach document it become order number. And payment of order per word or per 100 words.. bcz client don’t like to fill long form..
