Project Description

We require a website to be built based on the following link:
[url removed, login to view] (please use Internet Explorer to run).
This is a prototype that we have designed which describes the basic front-end of the website.

The website has two main users:
1. People who want to buy properties (Home Buyers)
2. Estate agents (Buyers Brokers) who can assist Home Buyers in finding the right property.

The Home Buyers will fill their information on the home page of the site. Once they have filled in the entire form to completion, except for the text box marked as "optional", the arrow on the right hand side of the page should animate and bring up the text "Next". When the Home Buyer clicks on "Next" the text boxes slide to the left and new content, as shown in the prototype must slide in (i.e., we want this all animated)

The "how does this work button" slide and related content that is accessed through the "more" buttons must also animated onto the page.

Estate agents can register through the corresponding text link at the bottom of the page. On the page that allows estate agents to register, the "select suburb" drop down must allow for multiple selections (up to a total of 5).

We have not mocked up the contact us page as yet, but this will be simple HTML.

Lastly, we require a simple back end system to be developed that allows us to view captured Home Buyer information and allow us to filter it my location to find corresponding estate agent areas of specialization. This is so that we can find estate agents for home buyers to
help them find a home.

Estate agent information and Home Buyer information should be stored in a simple SQL database.

Please also note that the "area" or suburb information only shows 5 example areas. We will provide a list of several hundred suburbs that will need to be included.

This site must be built using responsive design so that it displays correctly on all browsers and devices.
