Project Description

Objective:

The Fall Down is looking for a creative web site designer/firm to create a new web site that is a better representation of our brand and music festival, be more visually appealing to our target market of music fans, and provide user friendly ticketing, merchandise sales and social media integration.

We will not have time to review every bidders profile and generic list of unrelated site samples. If you want to be considered for this project Please provide specific examples of sites you have designed/built where you beleive the art/design and site framework is relevant to our project rquirement and goals. We are going to prefer vendors who can provide examples of work that align artistically and functionally with the example sites (below)

Requirements:

Prior experience with Business to Consumer and/or music & arts web site designs preferred

(1) Design website to be a Business to Consumer social media integrated site that has similar design elements, top navigation site framework, and page content to the following sites:

(3) Site to have the following integrated social media capability
(Facebook , Instagram (gallery page), Twitter (follow) (feed), Pintarest (follow) You-Tube) and Forum BB software (Vanilla)

(4) Integrated ticketing page (fanfueled is ticket hosting vendor)
merchandise sales pages in new web site

Online form application pages for: Event volunteer, street team, vendor/merchant

(5) Online Marketing requirements:
a. Google analytics
b. Google webmaster tools
c. Bing Webmaster central
d. Meet W3C coding standards

Additional requirements (order of importance)
(1) Mobile device capable.
Site must use CSS for the layout to ensure maximum compatibility. Avoid using tables.
Site is coded using either XML or XHTML, with character encoding set at UTF-8.

(2) SEO to ensure the fall down website is a top hit when searches are conducted such as “music festivals in New England/CT/NY” “Summer Music Festivals” “Gathering of the Vibes” “Worm Town” “Live Music in CT”

We had an earlier more generic project posting. We are ready to move on this and plan to award this project April 29th to the most viable bidder.
