Project Description

If you have fewer than 5 Freelancer reviews, please DO NOT READ FURTHER and please do not bid on this project. Positive reviews, communication and pricing are the most important factors in choosing a developer. A canned message that looks like it was copied and pasted will automatically disqualify you. Please read the full requirements below and respond appropriately.

I need a small and simple website built that will support and promote a new trivia game for Facebook that will be released around May 1st. I have a logo and a second image that can be used for the site. Here are the details of what is needed:

Homepage:
- Large image that I will provide
- Description of the game (I will provide the text)

Primary Website Buttons:
- Home
- Play Now: will link to the game itself
- Submit Trivia: directs to or opens a form where users can submit trivia questions to be included in the game
- Report Problem: directs to or opens a form where users can report a problem or issue
- Make Suggestion: directs to or opens a form where users can make suggestions for the game

Footer Buttons/Links:
- Terms of Use: directs to a page with Terms of Use text
- Privacy Policy: directs to a page with the game’s Privacy Policy

Other buttons to be shown across the entire site:
- Facebook Like button
- Google+ button
- Twitter button

All forms submitted by users will be sent to an email address. Form results do not need to be saved to a database. I will provide the text content for the entire site. I will also provide specific details for what fields should be part of each of the three forms (Submit Trivia, Report Problem, and Make Suggestion). I already have a domain reserved for the site.

The site should look professional, while still incorporating the logo that I already have. Using a style sheet is required, so I can make further changes after you have finished programming. I must approve the template that you develop.

Thank you,
Brett
