This bid needs to cover:

Main specifications are:
1) VERY SEO orientated website
2) URL rewriting for dynamic pages (Mod_Rewrite)
3) Users account and profile + messaging. Users will have the ability to pick a Vendor Type. For example, individual services verses professional.
4) Listing management – Vendors can list own companies, etc. Options of free and paid listing. Vendors must be able to distinguish themselves as an individual service or a professional registered company.
5) Calendar
6) Extensive Database –users populate a form listing their requirements and search by distance; several forms will be need given the type of service required. Users must have the ability to select vendors they want a quote from. Bids sent to users are accessible from the site with their respective accounts.
7) Ratings system
8) Google Map integration -show all listings on map
9) Links to social networking profiles/website (e.g. Facebook and Twitter)
10) Banners (add/edit/manage)
11) Logo design
12) Implementing a payment service from the customer to the vendor through Paypal
