Project Description

I live in Thailand and run a small business for international teacher recruitment. I need a
redesign of an existing website and incorporated into that I need and online office for file storage and processing of client Applications. Can you help or do you know of anyone who can?

Details follow:

Redesign website for small, international online business.
Create online office and transfer existing online office ( webexone) to new location.
We are a recruiting agency, so need a mechanism for references and applications to be submitted, incorporated into a database and updates sent to clients and staff.

The current webpage is www.teachersonthemove.com.
More details on office:
Develop an interface with the backend so that :
staff can easily access files , information on application status and modify databases as client is "processed'
employers can have access to specific files for a limited period of time
Have a receipt submitted to client when references arrive ( trying to cut down on responses to "what stage is my application at" type enquiries )
Have databases updated when documents are submitted
