Project Description

I need a developer proficient in Wordpress plugin development to help with a new community-based member organization plugin. I currently have a community that uses several different plugins to achieve my goals, and want to simplify this into a single plugin and add a few things while I am at it.

This project requires several things from the developer in regards to the final product, so please take note of these now:

1) Code must be fully commented and easy to understand such that an outside developer could easily determine what is going on and how to modify the code if necessary in the future. Your code will be audited and insufficient comments will result in forfeiture of any and all project payments.

2) Code must follow wordpress and php best practices for security, speed, and efficiency. Wordpress is the target of many attacks these days, and plugins are the number one entry point for exploits. As such, your code must be secure and not rely on hacks or code tricks that could easily be broken in a future update.

3) Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) - You will be required to sign an NDA and all code produced will be owned entirely by me upon final payment. The plugin, underlying code, or any part thereof may not be resold or reused.

WORDPRESS PLUGIN
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am currently using a few plugins to achieve the functionality I seek in this new plugin. I can provide these plugins to you for reference, but ultimately I need one plugin to replace them all for efficiency and easy of use. This plugin should have a user-friendly admin back-end with access to all of the settings mentioned below. This plugin must be able to handle three main aspects of a membership site:

1) Member registration - Including extra user information
2) Access control - Including limiting users with certain roles from ever seeing the admin back-end
3) Member profiles

Details will be given in PM Board.
