Project Description

509, Inc. is accepting proposals to participate in the design and development of its new websites. This project will encompass the implementation of concepts and features included in this RFP. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation of all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria to which candidate may or may-not be chosen. The current web sites representing the 509 brands were originally created as a simple e-commerce platform without much in the way of real content. The goal of this project is to bring a focus on content and products via a modern CMS platform along with strong visuals and brand representation.

We are looking for a developer, or dev-house, to build a completely responsive and adaptive Wordpress theme as visualized by the concepts attached. This site would adapt to multiple screen sizes and work in both landscape or portrait mode.

From the product page concepts attached, the top area is dynamic, the middle area is re-used content across product types and the area below is common to all products/categories.

Note: This does not include the E-commerce development, only the implementation of an existing REST-ful API provided.

The project would be developed in stages with the landing and product pages to be completed first and ready to launch, with the rest of the pages to quickly follow.

Our team has skilled designers and developers in-house to aid with the process, but we are looking for extraordinary developers that can make this happen within a short six to eight week timespan!

All code must be fully HTML5/CSS3 compliant and use modern SEO techniques. This quality will be tested by our in-house developers and quality team.
