Project Description

Hi,

I am looking at set up a B2B website, between manufacturers/wholesaler selling to retail fronts or online store.

Here are the processes:

Step 1:
People will arrive at a landing page and they will probably have to select if they are a wholesaler/manufacturer or customers. I would like this function and style on the landing page. ( Do note that i do not wish to copy the design but i hope you can work around this style )

[url removed, login to view]

Step 2:

2.1) If they are a dealer or wholesaler they will be able to log in or sign up to be a dealer from the site. If you are a new user, and you wish to sign up, we will take the new user into filling up of their information and each applicant will be moderated and vent through before approval. Only after confirmation of each application then they will be able to start uploading photos and

2.1.a) Inviting potential customers to view their gallery
2.1 b) Start taking in order - Preorder or sell based on current stocks in the inventory
2.1 c) Able to create daily deal - Works like groupon concept. Deal will only carry on once they have hit certain amount of MOQ. If not the deal will not go on

Do note that the above is a CLOSE COMMUNITY FORMAT. We want B2B and not B2C direction. As such, each customers will be buying BULK items. Means each order may be 100-200 items.

2.2) For registration processes for seller and buyer, we will need their name, email, contact number, age, website url, nature of business, name of business, address, zipcode

Step 3:

If they are not a manufacturer/wholesaler. We can consider them as a customer, so they can login OR sign up, if they are a new customer, then the process would be similar, they will have to fill up their information and we will moderate them BEFORE approval. Once we have approve their applications then they will be able to view the different products and deals by various manufacturers/wholesalers.

Step 4:

Once a user has purchase, after the checkout page, we will give them selection to decide delivery options, they will need to key in and we will prompt them if they want to send to the address of which they have key in upon registration, IF NOT they can fill up a new address for it with the ZIP code.

You will need to do the PSD files --> convert it to HTML --> Integrate into the site.

I am ok with open source platforms like magneto, drupal, joomla as long as you guys can do a great job. I am very anal in DESIGN.

Thanks!
