Project Description

Redesign and redevelop an existing website onto Wordpress for an elementary private school. Current site was coded by an amateur and lack functionality and serious errors. All content is reusable from current site as is logo. Design must be professional, pleasing, user friendly and cross-browser, platform (desktop, mobile) compatible.

Must features:

Online registration for students (prospective and current.
Easy maintenance, update and edit.
Third party website should open in the school website itself and not direct to new browser and domain. (example and detail will be given in private)
School's YouTube video should be embedded on the school site
Calendar of events
Announcements
Social media incorporated (not decided yet)
School is elementary, so design should be clean and yet fun
A few examples of schools that we like are below.
Current website is not on Wordpress

[url removed, login to view] (very nice)
[url removed, login to view] (calendar and quick link is prominent)
[url removed, login to view] (portal login, though third party, open in school website)
[url removed, login to view]
[url removed, login to view] (nice and colorful)
[url removed, login to view] (much less content, but clean look)
[url removed, login to view] (chic design, like apply online and pay online on top)

The above are only examples of what we'd like to see on our site. The site must be launched fairly quickly. 7 days at most. Preferred launch date March 11. I want to see design first and then build the site after design is approved.
