We need to develop a role-based membership management web site (in Chinese language). It is membership based and needs password to log in and gain access. Each member will be granted one of the following roles: customer, head coach, assistant coach, telephone customer service, medical expert, organization, administrator, etc.
Customer account should be able to do the following: health data entry, food/exercise diary, weight track and measurement log, and messaging to coach in private.
Head coach account should be able to post class-notes, blog, track customer food diary and progress, etc.
Assistant coach account should be able to communicate with customer in private, track customer food diary and progress, etc.
Telephone customer service account should be able to access assigned customers’ data, call customers and enter customer data on behalf of customers.
Special medical expert account should be able to post blog.
Health organization/business partner account should be able to access the data for those customers who belong to that organization.
Head coach account should be able to post class-notes, blog, track customer food diary
Administrator account should be able to track all customer activity and progress by organization, grant role to each member other than customer, edit specific web page content.
The web site needs to support more role types to be added in later phase, as well as more functions to be added to each member type.
Please only apply if you have similar website in your portfolio otherwise our budget is not enough to support development from scratch.
