Looking for individual freelancers and small web and software development teams from India only. Currently I am having loads of work and my team can't handle all this. So we have decided to look for experienced individuals and small teams who can work for us on project to project basis. We will not create any initial milestone or escrow rather we will offer you projects, and you will need to execute those projects in stages. After satisfactory completion of each stage of the project we will pay you, like make 3-4 stage of a website project, complete 1st stage like Design...ask for payment....we will release it. Again start next stage of development...complete that and ask for payment...and so on...Like this. We will need direct access to designers and developers and expect them online at sky p or g chat for better communication. No companies please...only individual freelancers and Small Teams need to apply. Please show us your complete portfolio and area of skills and availability.
