Project Description

Hi, I need a 2 page website (I can do the rest once these 2 pages have been completed. Also the 2 pages do not need to have all the meta data, keywords, description etc. I can do all of that).

The First Page - The Homepage

Graphics - visually it will be a copy of an existing website that is in a totally different sector so no new graphics or colour schemes need to be thought of, you just need to copy them. Basically just retangular blocks of color with a bit of gradients that you will need to add.

In descending order the homepage will consist of:

the logo at the top - basically glorified text
a bar containing links to four pages (you only need to build one of these pages)
a rectangular block with a background colour containing text and a form box where the website user can enter their zip code/post code. For the moment, the customer gets taken to the same second page regardless of what is entered in the form box
a block where I can place text and add a photo

The Second Page - the page with the form

In descending order this second page will consist of:

as before, the logo at the top then the bar containing the links
a form where the customer enters their address and details. So the form will be a mixture of text boxes and boxes with options that the customer chooses. I would want the form to be validated so that if the customer leaves empty a box they are returned to the page to enter correct info. Important: if the form has been completed correctly the data from the form is then emailed to my, and others, email address. So the data has to be presented correctly in the emails that are sent out

Skills you will need:
basic graphic design with all images provided in illustrator form so that I can edit them if necessary
php/html

Skills you may need:
I like the use of grids for layout
jquery for forms (just seen jformer - looks good!)

That is it!
