I need a wordpress theme that I can use as article directory like [url removed, login to view]
There is a free theme here: [url removed, login to view] but I don't want to use it as it is
Either you can customize this theme to give a unique look like [url removed, login to view] or create the theme one your own.
There will be two templates, one for home page and one for inner pages (article pages).
In the home page template, I will like the categories and subcategories to show in the left sidebar, left sidebar will be option to add widgets and google banner ads. In the middle of the page there will be latest article links and little summary.
On the article page template (actual post page), I will like to see it like articlesbase. Left side, image of the author, little about the author like how many articles the author have published, author's rss, contact author etc. link to print article, publish article and send to friend. Below that there will be categories, below that there will be google ad banner. on the right there should be right aligned box where we can add widget as needed, below that there will be code for syndicating the article including article source. In short everything like this page [url removed, login to view]
Enough space to show google ads, amazon ads and clickbank ads.
Give me your ideas. My budget is upto 200$ or less. Theme should be clean and customizable.
