Project Description

I am looking for a design partner who can create dreamweaver templates.

I will provide information about the client and try to give some sense of what they are looking for, the designer will provide three draft designs (don't need html for this), then make modifications on the final design selected and turn it into a dreamweaver HTML template. I will probably also need some minor movement on the site, mostly I use rotating images.

I'm looking for a designer who is flexible and creative, and creates clean and professional sites.

I request two bids, an initial one just for the design. If your design is selected, I will use you for the build-out of the template, so I will need a second bid for build-out and flash.

If it is a good fit, and we work well together there are other projects on the horizen.

## Deliverables

Aloha,

I would like to have two bids, one for initial designs, and one for the build-out of a dreamweaver template.

Bid 1: Design

I would like three home page design layouts (these can be delivered either as .jpegs or .pdf's, or .psd's). I will show these design layouts to the client, he will make changes and suggestions, then I will request a final layout and a layout for a second level page that will be more content focused. That is part one of the bid.

Design Specifications:

The site is for a retired US 4-star general.

The primary navigation will include: Home, Biography, Thoughts, Family

The design colors for the template will be UC Berkely blue and gold (<[url removed, login to view]>), preferably more blue than gold.

The body (where the text is) will be white with black lettering

The site name (General W) will be in the upper left corner, in a distinctive font and color.

Every page will have a page name at the top of the body section.

I will give access to 2-3 photos and a 4-star logo to the winning bidder(s).

Two templates that appeal to me are below and I expect you to use your own creativity:

<[url removed, login to view]>

<[url removed, login to view]>

These are more individually focused. One layout should be more family focused. Use your own creativity...

In your bid please clearly specify the cost for the 3 design layouts with one revision and second level layout.

Please ask any questions you have.

Bid 2:

If your layout is selected, part two of the bid is creating a CSS dreamweaver template and associated flash menu. The template should be straightforward and easy for someone with some knowledge of HTML to update and add pages to.

1) Working dreamweaver HTML template that meets specifications of project
2) All photoshop files with origninal artwork
3) All deadlines met or re-negotiated with 3 days notice
4) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
