Project Description

This is a request for what is probably some very very simple PHP/SQL code. I have a blog which uses vbulletin as its forum software. What I have done is created a system where when a blog entry is created, a thread is created for it in the forum. Now, I need to manage the other side of it. I have done a lot of research and have developed a method, I just need someone to code it for me. The method works like this: On the blog, php code discovers it's adjacent thread-id from a vbulletin rss feed. (there may be a better method by looking at the database, you tell me...) Once it has the thread id, the code will connect to my vbulletin database and withdraw a couple of items from the table: username posting, date posted, and post content, and display it as comments. Easy or what?
