Project Description

I want someone to create 4 forms. It can be done online(cloud) or standalone with any database language that i can modify and maintain. I prefer Dbase ([url removed, login to view]), I will provide dbase. I have been using excel for these simple forms but have outgrown it.

The purpose of the forms is to store and display records of my stock or option trades.

The forms must display linked records in different tables, add, delete and edit records. Must also scroll records if there are too many to fit on the screen.

I have provided samples of my excel spreadsheet.

## Deliverables

There are 3 tables, I made them identical for simplicity. There may be a Table 4 (TOTALS) to keep running totals or they may be calculated on the fly.

The tables are STRATEGY, PROTECTION and INCOME

When the system starts up, I want to select form 3 STRATEGIES ( Married Put, Put Seller, Iron Condor)

Your will only need to write code for the Married Put, the other strategies are there just because I want a menu with options for the future.

The Attached Spread Sheet is for the Married Put,

There will be 4 forms, 3 scrolling to display the 3 tables and the forth for the calculations.

The STRATERGY and LINK fields are automatically inserted and cannot be edited.

The following Push Buttons or menu options must be available. NEW TRADE, NEW PROTECTION, NEW INCOME

The LINK is used to link the 4 tables and is only changed when I select NEW TRADE under this STRATERGY.

I need to be able to SCROLL through the different trades (LINK) and add to the PROTECTION and INCOME tables. (NEW PROTECTION, NEW INCOME)

DO NOT ALLOW EDITING OF CALCULATED FIELDS.

The STRATERGY table for each TRADE will contain only 1 record.

When a record is added to the PROTECTION or INCOME Tables, the new record should be placed on top with the others scrolling down.

REMEMBER That NEW PROTECTION, NEW INCOME keeps the same LINK,STRATERGY.

Default CurrPrice to Tradeprice for new Stratergy and Protection, to 0 for Income entries.

You need to display only about 4 records for PROTECTION and about 10 FOR INCOME.

ACTION can be - BUY,SEL,BTO,BTO,STO,STC

CALL/PUT - Stock, Call,Put

Net Amt = if Call/put = "Stock" Contracts* Tradeprice Else Contracts* Tradeprice *100

TradeCost = Net Amt + Commision

Profit Amt = (Contracts*Curr Price)-TradeCost

Prifit % = ROUND((ProfitAmt/TradeCost)*100,2)

FOR THE PROTECTION TABLE

NetAmt = Contracts* Tradeprice *100

TradeCost = Net Amt + commision

Profit Amt = (Contracts*Curr Price)*100-Tradecost

Prifit % = ROUND((ProfitAmt/Tradecost)*100,2) YOU CANNOT DEVIDE BY 0

At Rist = (tradeprice( in strategy Table)+tradeprice)-Strike

Max Loss Amt = Tradecost-(strike*contracts*100)

Max Loss % = round((maxlossamt/tradecost)*100,2) no div by 0

FOR THE INCOME TABLE

Open Amt = Contracts* Tradeprice *100

Net Amt = Open Amt - commision

Profit Amt = Openamt - (Contracts*Close Price)*100

Prifit % = ROUND((ProfitAmt/TotalInvested)*100,2) && Note ( TotalInvested is in Table 4 )YOU CANNOT DEVIDE BY 0

TOTALS (or Table 4) to be displayed in a convient location.

Total Invested = Tradecost(strategy table)+ tradecost(first record in Protection table)

Guranteed return = strike*contracts*100(first record in protection table)

Breakeven = (tradeprice-currprice) sum for all records in Strategy&protection then - (tradeprice-currprice) sum for all records in income table.

The Calculated fields are beginning to get too complicated, so i will do the formulas.

Just place the fields on the form.
