I need someone to convert an existing HTML5 CSS3 Responsive template to a fully fledge Wordpress theme. I will provide the valid HTML5 files with images and script files. Requirements : 1.) usage of theme-check plugin, debogger, wp_debug, and so on to test validity of theme 2.) shortcodes 3.) custom admin panel (theme options) 4.) thourough documentation My budget is pretty low and I will consider lowest bid with best ratings.
