Real Estate Wordpress modification for State and City Search

Introduction: Hi! we are looking for wordpress expert to do one customization for our website. Three days to finish the job from the day you get the project. It's is a real estate portal website. We use premiumpress responsive real estate theme. Bascically eveything is good. It's a multilingual site allow people to submit their listing in English and we'll translate it to Chinese for Chinese reader. However, their Advanced Search Function, for visitor to search the property, can't meet our requirement. The Advanced Search Function setting will automatically pull the state and city from the listing. For example, if there is listing on our website has address 680 81 St, Brooklyn, NY 11228, USA. It will have State: New York; and City: Brooklyn show up in the Advanced Search option. And the address is from front end submission page or backend add listing's Google map. In the custom file of the listing will have map_state: New York map_city: Brooklyn. So when people search for property in New York State, the cities in New York with existing listing on the website will show up. This function works well with no problem. Problem: We have problem that in the Advanced Search the State and City option only can show State and City in English from people who submit the listing using Google map the map the address. To make the search easier for Chinese, we add Chinese character next to the State and City. For example, we change map_state: New York to map_state: New York 纽约 or map_state: New York (纽约) map_city: Brooklyn to map_city: Brooklyn 布鲁克林 or map_city: Brooklyn (布鲁克林) In the front end advanced Search Area, when you select state: New York 纽约 the city in New York (In this example: Brooklyn 布鲁克林) will no longer show up. Please find a way to solve this problem. Don't place bid if you don't know what I’m talking about.
