Project Description

I have a wordpress theme whcih I am using which conatins page
wp-content\themees\THEMENAME\[url removed, login to view] which has the
following code

{h2}{?php printf( __( 'Sorry, no listings were found for "%s" near "%s"', APP_TD ), va_get_search_query_var( 'ls' ), va_get_search_query_var( 'location' ) ); ?>{/h2}

(I have intentionally replaced right and left bracket with Squiggly brackets for obvious reasons.

What I require is if this code is ever executed i.e. some one tries to search my site and cannot find what they are looking for (2 fields - Product they are looking for and Location, then an
1) display a message (i.e. Could not find what you are looking for but will look again)
2) Go to a competitor website (such as [url removed, login to view]), do a search, and to display their search results on our site (and Style the text so it is branded for our site. The data it will display from [url removed, login to view] (in this example) will be:
Company name,
Postal Address (if available),
Telephone (if available)
Mobile (if available).
Description (if availalble)
It will display the first 40 records (paginated by 10 records per page).

I require this to be done ASAP. I can provide the winning biider with FTP details should they reuqire it.

I would rather this be implemented as an external module which I cna eaily plug in shoudl the theme get updated and am open to suggestions.

please Only apply if you have solid wordpress development experience and are able to provide me with similar custom wordpress coding examples of work you have carried out in the past.
