Project Description

Need a new landing page for an existing mortgage website. New page will be used for lead generation. Part of the page will contain 3 fields of an existing form that will link to the last two pages of the form.
Also, we need a new logo with a slogan (which already exists.)

The url is [url removed, login to view]

I bought the template more than a year ago with the available codes so I could make changes. The mortgage industry fell apart, causing me to put the project on hold.

In December 2008, as mortgage rates came down in the U.S., I decided to test a google AdWords campaign without making any changes to the site. It did surprisingly well.

My original plan was to redo the site. In fact, I've had the files for all the changes for more than a year. Now, I've changed my plans.

I simply want to create a new landing page that will be more focused and will improve the conversion rate of my CPC campaigns.

As an example, please refer to [url removed, login to view]

The site visitor will be drawn to the site through specific ads and ad groups. They will be given reasons and benefits to fill out the form. The form will be in 3 parts (as it is in both sites, CYMR and FYBM) with a thank you page once the final form is submitted. A google conversion tracking code will be inserted on this page so we can analyze which keywords and ads are generating conversions.

For style purposes, please refer to [url removed, login to view] and
[url removed, login to view]
These 2 sites are consistently in the top few advertising positions and use design features that definitely improve conversion rates (opt-in box positioned in upper right-hand quadrant, opt-in box prominently featured, hard to miss call-to-action buttons, etc.)

I want the site visitor to be able to go to the new landing page, fill out the form, receive an autoresponder email, and then be contacted by one of our loan officers. I don't want them to be connected to the rest of the [url removed, login to view] site unless they put it in the address bar.

Once the first landing page is completed and tested, I will give you a few others to work on for different ad campaigns. Finally, when we analyze what is working best, I will have you build a brand new site from scratch rather than trying to update and fix a site that is unoriginal and dated.

The last piece of the first project is to create a logo with slogan for:
