PHP Simple Quiz

The quiz should be the following:

- ability for the user to answer questions and gain feedback as to the accuracy of their answers
- the capability of maintaining and presenting information of the users performance in previous attempts on the questions, using various forms ([url removed, login to view]).

What needs to be done

Admin Area

Admin login page
Admin change password page
Admin home page shows all users - upon clicking a user it shows their account. Admin can change user account options and can also view user results on all quiz attempts.
Admin home page shows the main quiz - admin can make changes to the quiz, delete, edit questions.

Quiz Area

User must register or login - register shows a form to sign up and that gets into the database
Login - they login and they have three options, change account details, view all quiz results and performance or start a new quiz.

1 - change account details is simple, simple form of their details they can update
2 - view all quiz results - using fusioncharts link above, an xml file will be created for users and will show their results in charts

2a. pie chart or percentage right vs wrong
2b. simple table showing 9 out of 10 example, the percentage they got wrong and right.

3 - start a new quiz. date is recorded.. all questions the admin posts will be on this quiz.. the quiz should show one question per page. It should also show each question in random order.


The quiz itself is multiple choice (one answer radio selection box)


PHP, mySQL, some basic HTML and CSS knowledge. I want clean commented semantic coding. No OOP - I repeat this is a non OOP code and it should be programmed classically. One [url removed, login to view] etc..

This is a very very very simple script. The only requirements are the fusioncharts.
