1)PHP Login Form - Login With Username and password Will record logins and attempted logins IP address,

time date and sucess/fail Recaptcha suggested add on

2)PhP Forgot password form.

3)PHP User Creation Form - Adds a user to the users table through admin login. 4 fields. Name, Username,

email and password stored MD5 hash. This form will be secured for admin login. Will be presented once

admin logs in

4)PHP Normal User Login - Will Mention the number of credits a user has in their account, a test sms form

where user will enter in 10 digit USA number and then 180 character limited text field.

Menu Option 1
Import Numbers text field or allow for import of command delimited file consisting of 10 digit numbers

and email addresses. Numbers and emails will be put into mysql database. You need to tell me best way to

organize. 1 table per user? 1 table per all emails/phone numbers?

Menu Option 2
Broadcast option - Consists of Subject text field and a 180 character limit text area. When submitted

will loop through all emails and send out emails and then loop through all phone numbers executing a sms

xml script. (which we will provide) Success or failure of each transaction will be writtent to database, messages sent will be written to another table. For each successful transaction, 1 credit is deducted from total. When loop is finished email will be send saying how many were sent via email, how many sms messages were attempted, successded and failed.

History Option - Look At the history and disposition of all transactions and which message then set(Just a link to the past messages database
