The website will serve mainly as a social network type of web portal.? It will require development of a cross-referential database, possibly of a very large scale with the ability to quickly search, collect, and concisely deliver the data requested from among numerous web pages within the web site.?

Flash and self-sustaining site. The site should function flawlessly; If you don't know how to create such code, don't bid!

We want to use LAMP technology (Linux OS, Apache web server, MySQL database, and PHP scripting language for interfacing between the front-end website and back-end server).?

As for the front end, you'll want to use Flash for certain components + whatever you think is required, including for the database query.

We would like the highest bidder to be able to do complete design + logo + development.

Only serious bidders with experience on this type on project are requested to BID. Will need to prove experience and have completed projects like this, need to see examples.

Deadline and Cost is strict so if you are not willing to work under same cost, don't waste your time bidding on this project.

On selecting the winner bid, 20% of the cost will be given to initiate the project and 40% will be given after successful completion, and rest 40% will be given after complete testing of all the functionalities by a QA team.

You are requested to understand the site and send me complete feature list along with timeline chart, to complete all features, so that I can assess your seriousness and under the stability of bidding on this project.

If you are not willing to agree on the above mentioned terms, please don't waste your time and dont bid.

You will have to give 60 days free support for removing any bug or adding/removing small features on site.
