Project Description

I am after a website/application that is able to get an image from a web directory folder and display it in a custom website.

We take a picture on a camera connected to a pc.

The pictures we take are put instantly into a folder on our computer.

These photos are put into a folder on our webserver via ftp.

The site need to be able to instantly make a new page and give us the url each time a new picture is added to the folder.

We need the site to function just like the following:
[url removed, login to view]

I think that the first 4 digits of the url represent an event name and the last 4 represent the image page. Each image is on a seperate webpage as you can see from the url changing. I would like the url to display with the event name rather than a number. For example ww [url removed, login to view] . We should be able to give the user a url that will take them directly to the page with their picture.

At the bottom of the picture are social media buttons: The facebook share button, twitter, google plus and an email link.
When someone presses the share button, the picture is posted to their facebook page. When they press twitter, it tweets for them, etc.

There is also a button which shows all the photos from the directory in a gallery. If a photo from here is clicked, it will display in the main photo panel
The important thing is that we can give people who get their photo taken a unique url they can click to see their particular photo in the main photo panel of the website, not just the gallery.

The page must be mobile friendly too, so when they click on the link in a mobile, it will display the photo and social media buttons full screen, like an app.

Final layout design and css will be taken care of by me.

There seems to be an xml file that contains the information for all events. Maybe thats the best way to do it.
