Project Description

We have a business productivity app that we have designed that we want built to run on iPad and the Web. The app is a designed as a mobile/web platform. The iPad app is used to collect and manage survey and field audit data. The web app includes all the functionality of the iPad app plus additional functionality like back-end administration, dashboards, etc.

We need someone who has solid experience using JQuery Mobile + HTML 5, CSS and PHP to build robust, RESTful, high performance, UX rich IPAD/Web applications that include both offline and cloud connected data storage and sync capabilities.

We also STRONGLY PREFER someone with solid Agile/Scrum/User Story development experience.

This app includes some of the following functionality:

* Light-weight Project Management functionality,
* Survey Functionality (utlizing touch screen / swype actions on iPad)
* Very slick, animated graph creation functionality
* Note Taking Functionality
* Reporting Functionality
* Dashboard Reporting Functionality
* Scheduling Functionality

The apps will deploy to IPad and also be hosted on StackMob (or equiv). The back-end will be StackMob (a RESTful fully api driven cloud based database for mobile / web apps).

The apps will make HEAVY use of a few ANIMATED graphs. These graphics will be driven by the data collected form the survey functionality.

The total unique screens in this application are approx. 25... additionally, there are at least 15-20 "pop-up" style Ajax forms / functions that compliment the user experience and workflow.

We seek a budget "not to exceed" with flexibility to iteratively build out the functionality required.

We have 75% of the wireframes completely designed (High Fidelity) in flat PSD files.

We will provide copies of these wireframes and sample "walk throughs" after signing an NDA.

We prefer U.S. providers (due to time zone and communication), but we will consider other partners who have VERY proven and deep experience building these kinds of applications.

Lastly, we will NOT consider bids from firms where we are working through a project manager. We REQUIRE that we be able to work DIRECTLY with the developer.
