Display images based on URL

I need a script that displays images based on the current browser URL.
For example if this is the information in the script:
Image 1:
instance mywebsitename1
href [login to view URL]
src [login to view URL]
Image 2:
instance mywebsitename2
href [login to view URL]
src [login to view URL]
Image 3:
instance mywebsitename3
href [login to view URL]
src [login to view URL]
Image 4:
instance mywebsitename4
href [login to view URL]
src [login to view URL]
These are the selection of images if we look at Image 3 the instance is 'mywebsitename3'
If the URL of the webpage the script is on contains the term mywebsitename3 (for example [login to view URL]) then this image will not display, but Image 1 Image 2 and Image 4 will display.
So if the instance matches the URL of the page then that Image and it's attributes will not show up.
For example if the webpage the script has loaded on is [login to view URL] then the images that will display are Image 1 Image 2 and Image 3. Image 4 will not show up.
I would also like to be able to set the amount of images that are displayed. So if there are 50 images listed in the script and the number to display is set to 10, only 10 random images should display, after 30 seconds these image should fade out another random 10 images should appear.
