Screen 1
This is the initial page for the Automatic Reminder Email System, which the user is probably directed
to from a link on the homepage or services page. First it has a paragraph-style explanation of what the
system is. Then it has a bullet list of reasons the user should sign up for reminders. Then there are two
graphical buttons: 1) one button directs the user to the web form to get started. 2) the button beneath it is
for users are a still a little confused, or what more information about the reminder system. When they click
it, it just moves them further down the current page to a bulleted list that explains how the system works,
step by step. After this list, the user is once again presented with a graphical button inviting them to sign
up for reminders. Use the same graphic twice, on top and bottom.

2. Choose which policy you would like to set up reminder emails for
3. Fill out our easy-to-use web form
4. Answer some simple questions
5. (Optional) Customize your reminder by answering optional questions
6. Submit your answers
7. Done! Your automated reminders are set up!
8. Repeat process to set up reminders for your other Alitt Insurance policies

Screen 2

When the user clicks the “Get Started Now” button, they are directed to this screen. This screen includes
the web form the user must fill out in order to receive email reminders. A screen-name is not necessary.
All email addresses are 100% unique, so their email address can serve as their screen-name or primary
key in the database. Plus people forget screen names. Plus the reminders are sent by email, so we can
assume they have (or will get) an email address.

Screen 3
This is the last screen of the reminder making process. The user is given a confirmation that the reminder
was completed and is now working. The user is also given the option to make another reminder for a
different policy.
