Project Description

You must be fimilar with a Get Paid To Read Your Email Scripts so i do not have to explain much

i will provide an example on how it works:
an advertiser would buy a ad lets say 1/4 cent to all members they would pay using one of the processors in my site
then i get emailed the ad
next i login to admin area and enter in the ad info the name of the email the context of the email (what the ad is for) then in a nother field o would add the URL they would be paid for viewing
i would also in a new field add the amount of clicks to allow
and the ammount i am paying the members (1/4 cent ad) then submit it would send the email and store the ad in the database

that is how a normal (untweeked script works)

This is what i want done:

Now their are 2 types of members Free Members and Upgraded Members.
Now when i send out a ad i can decide how much to pay in cents to the free members when they click the link. THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE now when adding in the ad i want to be able to type in a ammount to pay Upgraded members in % for example when a upgraded member presses a link it will pay them 1% of their upgraded member level. for example $10 membership 1% of that or a $30 membership 1% of that.
I should be able to enter the amount to pay free members in cents and also enter the amount in % to pay the upgraded members.

I will be providing you with the Paid to Read Email Script i will allow you access to a server if you do not have one of your own to test product.

Time And price will help me decide.
this should be fairly easy to understand.
