Project Description

I realize this is a bit OLD SCHOOL, however if it aint broke don't fix it. :-)

I am running several OPTIN pages which are in HTML. They have a FORM on the page for visitors to fill out and it transfers to our
CRM program via a perl .pl script.

The problem we are having is many people enter their name as john j smith, when what we need is John J. Smith .... so I need to have our existing
perl script, or html form updates with code to update the field content with Proper case vs. all lower case or all UPPER CASE entries. I had this done once before and we lost the updated file in a server crash. So... here we are again.

Also.... we use the site visitor's phone number as their account code. Need a COOKIE added to the page where once they enter their phone number, it remembers it and auto added it to other form pages that we have.

So... recap.... STEP 1: Five (5) fields in an existing form need to be updated whereby the entries are processed as Proper Case.

STEP 2. Need a simple cookie added to the index page where as the visitor enters their phone number, that auto fills in other pages we have online forms for them.

That's it. Need in 24 hours to a week. Need great communications. Have hundreds of websites and dozens of clients that we work for so looking for GOOD TALENT, GREAT COMMUNICATIONS and REASONABLE BIDS.

We pay online and repeat business for the right programmer. We delete all responses that fail to show they read our instructions... so in your PM to me or response.... please say... Do Not Delete :-)

Thanks, Wayne
