I have configured AWS to use Azure AD as its identity provider, as per this article: [url removed, login to view] It works well, and I can log into the AWS console using my Azure AD users from the [url removed, login to view] portal. However, I need to be able to login to AWS using my Azure AD users via Windows Powershell for AWS. I may be wrong, but to achieve this I believe I will need to leverage the Amazon Security Token Service API, in particular the AssumeRoleWithSAML action: [url removed, login to view] What I need is a Powershell script, which: - has a hardcoded Azure AD username and password - will authenticate the user against Azure AD - get the SAML response from Azure AD - pass that along to AWS Security Token Service API - get the temporary credentials from AWS I am open to alternative solutions to this issue, but ultimately I need a Powershell script, with hardcoded Azure AD username and password which will log in to AWS using Windows Powershell for AWS. I cannot provide you access to my cloud environments, you will need to configure your own Azure and AWS environments as per the article referenced at the start of this description.

Background: We have data that is logged once per day onto a local PC. We want to copy that data into a different folder structure in a new location on the same drive and also upload to dropbox in the same folder structure. It is important that the upload can occur without a user logged on to the machine. Hardware/Software: Window 10 Pro Current approach: Powershell script scheduled in task scheduler and use the Dropbox api to upload to the cloud. Scope: Under the current approach, your scope is to establish the supporting framework for getting powershell to interact with the dropbox api and write the script that will provide an upload function in the correct folder structure and upload confirmed flag. Stretch scope: Complete the entire script and give it some rad email reporting of errors etc. Additional: There is flexibility that if you with to propose a complete solution via some other method that achieves the end goal then we are happy to discuss. A basic script for the folder structure within Windows is available already.

We have the following requirement for the right developer: Write a powershell script to mass upload file directory of 130 users and upload to OneDrive. These are personal directories that need to be uploaded to the prospective user's OneDrive. The upload should not have any filetype, size restriction. The upload should include the meta data of created date, modified date, directory, and etc. The shell must be written for an administrator to run, and push directories remotely. No interaction with the user should be required. The powershell script must be descriptive and the developer must provide support throughout the process until the shell is ready for production and execution.

I need a script/tool/program to login into a website (web interface of a telephone system) and download a monthly call report as CSV file to a local folder. This script needs to authenticate against the website (user/password), then open an URL, enter the start- and end-date into text-type html input fields and "click" a html-submit button. The tool or script will be installed on a Windows server and run montly as a scheduled task. I would prefer to have this implemented as VB.NET tool or Powershell script using Selenium. It would be nice to have if the csv file gets uploaded into a MSSQL database after download is completed but that's optional.

We need to have a PowerShell for the the following reasons: The IoT of a company delivers structured values that the script should read and transfered to a Monitoring Tool (Paessler PRTG): The IoT are district heating meter from Landis & Gyr, 2WR5 V2 with Mbus. Sample files are enclosed. You can find the values in "Data", every 15 minutes a new value is written. The time could be reduced to a second. The Script should include a function to delete the value file from the FTP-share. The values must include energy in kWh, leader- and returns- temperature and the volume in m³/h in one XML file. The XML must meet the following requirements: XML Return Format: Minimum Example <prtg> <result> <channel>First channel</channel> <value>10</value> </result> <result> <channel>Second channel</channel> <value>20</value> </result> </prtg> To return an error, the XML format is: <prtg> <error>1</error> <text>Your error message</text> </prtg> For our case the xml-file should look like this: <prtg> <result> <channel>KiloWattStunden</channel> <unit>Custom</unit> <customUnit>kw/h</customUnit> <mode>Absolute</mode> <showChart>1</showChart> <showTable>1</showTable> <warning>0</warning> <float>1</float> <value>[url removed, login to view]</value> - Achte bitte zwingen auf den Punkt als Dezimaltrennung </result> <result> <channel>Temp Vorlauf</channel> <unit> Temperature</unit> <mode>Absolute</mode> <showChart>1</showChart> <showTable>1</showTable> <warning>0</warning> <float>0</float> <value>xx.x</value> </result> <result> <channel>Temp Rücklauf</channel> <unit>Temperature</unit> <mode>Absolute</mode> <showChart>1</showChart> <showTable>1</showTable> <warning>0</warning> <float>0</float> <value>xx.x</value> </result> <result> <channel>Durchfluß</channel> <unit>Custom</unit> <customUnit>cbm/h</customUnit> <mode>Absolute</mode> <showChart>1</showChart> <showTable>1</showTable> <warning>0</warning> <float>0</float> <value>[url removed, login to view]</value> </result> </prtg> The File-Path should be choose in the script file. The attached batch file creates a configuration file based on the computer name. I need it modified to edit the computer name variable so that if the name starts with "PC", the name is truncated to 7 characters. Otherwise, it is truncated to 5 characters. So, PC12345 => PC12345, PC1234567 becomes PC12345, WM123 => WM123, WM123456 becomes WM123 I prefer a solution that does not require Powershell or VB.
