Project Description

I need modify the checkuot process and cart of prestashop as follow :
from product detail the user will press a buy button which will bring on next page where they will should fill 4 field,
Name Surname Phone Email
if the user is alredy logged in into the site this field will be not required
if the email is alredy used it will not require password it will just assign the order to this user.
if the email is new it will save the user with a random password and will send an email with details of new ueser.
in any case will be sended an email with order detail.
at the order will be assigned a new state

once order is placed the employe of shop will see the order and will be able to modify the order *to discuss* and he will modify the order in state2

when the order is in state2 the customer will login in the website and will be able to continue with checkout , in this step he will upload a document and pay a percentage of the total of the order. At the end the order will take state 3

once all is ready the employ of the shop will put the order in state4 so the customer will be able to login and pay the other ammount of the order (state5).

if it is possible i need a module

All this, if it possible, should be included, in a module.

since bad experince with some old freelancer i will use just millestone from freelancer and they will be create like that :
10% when the project will begin
30% after a working demo
30% after the soruce code will be released
30% after the source code is been check

NO MILLESTONE WILL BE RELEASED UNTILL THE PROJECT IS DONE!
